Propfund Titans Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the Propfund Titans platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Eligibility

Propfund Titans reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity. We will only accept accounts that meet our strict eligibility criteria, including but not limited to:

  • Accounts must be MT4/MT5 accounts.
  • Accounts must originate from Titan-approved firms.
  • Account balance must fall within the $100, 000 – $200, 000 range.
  • Accounts from scam firms, cTrader, or DXTrade will not be accepted.

3. Profit Sharing

Propfund Titans operates on a 50/50 profit-sharing model. This means that profits generated from trading your account will be split equally between you and Propfund Titans.

4. Account Management

Propfund Titans will manage your account according to our established trading strategies and procedures. You will be kept informed of the progress of your account.

5. Account Pass

Propfund Titans will pass your account to our trading team within 2 months of approval. We will notify you of the account pass date.

6. Liability

Propfund Titans is not liable for any losses incurred by you during the trading process. Trading involves inherent risks, and you should be aware of these risks before engaging in any trading activity.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Specify Arbitration Organization, e.g., the American Arbitration Association].
